This is what its all about.

I was recently at the Cleveland Clinic for a day of testing for the possibility of being included in their Lung Transplant program. I am happy to say that the day ended up with a very positive outlook. Although not all of the testing came back with results that were hoped for, they are close enough that with some extra work the gaps may become insignificant.

I have a great deal of testing to go through yet here in the local Medical Systems, and by the time they are done a much more complete story will be available for those who have to make that final decision in 8 to 10 weeks.

I will plan on reporting the progress that is being made along the way, and if all goes well even about what will be happening after the procedures and through my recovery process.

In the end I of course am hoping that I will enjoy new challenges and possibilities that my present health condition does not allow.
