Since the first posting I am waiting to leave for the Cleveland Clinic for what will be my third full day of tests, meetings, and hopefully decision making. This is the day I will meet the Surgeon of the Transplant Team as well as my Dr. / coordinator. While I may not be given the decision as to whether I will be listed this time it should be forthcoming in the next few weeks.

Since the first meeting I have had to have many test. Most of them have been done here in the local facilities and include a colonastomy, a double Heart Cath, A Gastric Discharge Scan, and a Profusion Scan of the Lungs.

I also visited my Dentist to be certain that there are no open cavities in my teeth, and also quite a number of Blood tests for many different items.

In the December visit I first had 28 Vials of blood drawn, and Bone Density scans and another Chest Xray, etc etc etc.

There have been many visits to a few places that for this time of year has been a complete departure for the norm for me. I have to admit that I feel more worn down, but that is no doubt a combination of the pace I have been keeping, and my general deterioration of health.

But even saying that I would go through this all again, (and may have to ) because the end possibility is so important to have that second chance of a life Renewed.
